Need to remove PA students and add PA students to the MBM portal for the PA program

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. List of students to be added
      1. Provide First and Last Name
      2. Email
      3. Student ID 
      4. Class
   2. Class of students to be removed
