Issues Accessing Scholarship Manager

Issue/Question

I am having trouble getting into the scholarship gateway

I am getting "Account Error" when I try to access.

When trying to access the page where I apply for scholarships, it says that an error occurred during my account activation process.

Resolution

1. Accessing Online Scholarship Manager
   1. If you have a USD account  Login Here
   2. Prospective Students (no USD Account yet)
      • If you have already created an account Login here 
      • Create a new account Click Here Usernames are created by the user the first time accessing the site
        • If possible, please use the USD login received when you were admitted.  When creating your password, use something that you will be able to remember for future logins. 
        • When selecting a password, please note that your password must be eight characters long and contain characters from three of the following four groups:
          • Lower case letters (i.e. a,b,c)
          • Upper case letters (i.e. A,B,C)
          • Numbers (i.e. 1,2,3)
          • Alphanumeric characters or symbols (i.e. @, $, &)
          • A sample password is Welcome1
