Getting Wrong Name on Voicemail

Getting a wrong voicemail name on my extension

Different person name appears when someone calls my extension

Environment

• Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone

Cause

Voicemail phone number not assigned correctly

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name
   2. Department
   3. Extension
