1. Verify network connection and reboot system
2. If you are having trouble with your office install license it could be that you no longer qualify for the full Office Pro Plus License
   Note: This could mean that you are an affiliate and/or not a paid USD employee
3. If you believe you have lost access by mistake contact the Service Desk
