Requesting Report of EZProxy Access

Issue/Question

We would like a report run from the EZProxy use logs.

I need help understanding the logic behind our groups in EZProxy in order to work with vendors 

Environment

  • EZproxy 

Cause

We are concerned there are possible unauthorized users accessing the Wegner resources. There may be password sharing, or unauthorized persons getting accounts.

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Reporting Information Requested
    2. Reason for Requesting report
