Resolution

1. Browse to to Registrar Forms
2. Scroll down and Click the Residency Forms tab
   1. Step 1: Complete Application for Residency Status  
   2. Step 2: Appeal of Resident Status Decision - Board of Regents
      Note: Second step is to Appeal of residency status to the Executive Director of the South Dakota Board of Regents should the initial residency appeal to USD be denied
