Error When Trying to Launch Transact System

I get the following error when trying to launch the Transact system

Error:  Unable to communicate with the Web API server.
The Web API Server FQDN appears valid. Ensure the Web API service is running.  

Environment

  • Windows 10
  • Transact System

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Transact username
