I am locked out of my google account

G suite: account has been disabled

Environment

Cause

A shared account was used to create a Google Drive. Shared accounts have now been disabled. Need to transfer Google Drive files to an account that can be accessed.

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Google account 
   2. shared account username
