Programs are freezing when clicking on files
Environment
- Windows
- Preview Pane
- Excel
Cause
When using the Preview Pane and clicking on Excel files, Windows may lock up
Resolution
- Press + E on keyboard
- Windows Explorer will open
- Click View
- Click Preview pane to turn it off
