Requesting Access to Transfer Equivalency System - TES

Issue/Question

I need access to TES in order to do my job as an Academic Advisor and for Fast Track USD enrollment 

I cannot open a TES evaluation request

Environment

• Transfer Equivalency System(TES)

Cause

TES is the Transfer Equivalency System that is used to analyze student transcripts and equivalencies in credits between universities. 

Resolution

1. Please contact an Associate Registrar in the Registrar's Office to request access
