Unable to Call International Phone Numbers

Issue/Question

International calls are not going through

Environment

  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
  • International Dialing

Cause

The number is not being dialed correctly

International calling is not enabled on the phone

Resolution

  1. Ensure the number is being dialed correctly
    1. It must be initiated by dialing 9 for an outside line, and then 011 to initiate the international call

example: Disneyland Paris: 9-011-33-825-30-05-00

Please contact the Service Desk with the following information if you need further assistance:

  1. The VoIP number that you are calling from
  2. The international number being attempted
  3. The message or tone heard after making the call
  4. An example of the date and time the issue occurred
