Install Software from CD/DVD

Issue/Question

I need to upload a software to my laptop and i don't have CD player in my laptop.

Environment

• Lenovo X1 Yoga
• Desktop
• Laptop

Cause

Laptop has no CD\DVD to install a software from CD

Resolution

1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Building
   2. Room Number
   3. Computer asset number or NI number
   4. Request a USB CD\DVD ROM
