Reporting an Issue with USD Website Security Certificate

Issue/Question

I opened up our public website and see a cert error

Error: Your connection is not secure

The owner of www.usd.edu has configured their website improperly.  To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

Improper security certificate being used

Resolution

  1. Please provide the following information when contacting the Service Desk
    1. Operating System
    2. Browser being used
    3. Specific error message
