Requesting Silverlight Installation

Issue/Question

I am unable to download Silverlight on my work computer.  Can this be installed for me?

• Microsoft Silverlight
• WIndows

Cause

Users may not have the ability

Microsoft Silverlight reached end of support on October 12, 2021

Resolution

1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
   1. Building Name
   2. Room Number
   3. Asset tag Information
