Bluetooth Headset not Playing Computer Sounds

My Jabra headset does not hear computer sounds

I have my Jabra headset set as default in the audio devices, but I cannot hear computer sound.

• Bluetooth Headset
• Windows

Cause

Headset not connected to computer

Resolution

1. Click
2. Type Bluetooth
3. Click Bluetooth and other device settings
4. Click Add Bluetooth or other device
5. Click Everything else
6. Set headset into pairing mode
7. Click headset
8. Connect
