Account Created with Incorrect Capitalization

Issue/Question

My email was created with a letter capitalized that should be lowercase

My USD email has the i in my first name capitalized, and it is supposed to be lowercased

Environment

  • USD Account
  • USD email

Resolution

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
    3. Correct capitalization of your name

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. Assign to the Operations Team
  2. Follow the steps in Updating Account with Wrong Capitalization
