Printer Will Only Print From Tray 1

Printer will only print from Tray 1

Have to press OK on printer to print anything

Environment

Cause

The wrong paper type or size is set for Tray 2

Resolution

  1. Verify that the movable guides in the paper drawer are set to the correct locations for the paper size
  2. Type the IP address for the printer into a web browser
  3. Press Enter
  4. Click System
  5. Click Paper Setup
  6. Change Tray 1 and Tray 1 Size to Any Size
  7. Change Tray 1 and Tray 2 Type to Any Type
  8. Click Apply
