How do I remove the pop-up blocker in Google Chrome?

This random popup interrupts my work 

I can't download reports from Banner

Environment

• Google Chrome
• Banner

Resolution

1. Open Chrome
2. At the top right, click
3. Click Settings
4. Click Privacy and security
5. Click Site Settings
6. Click Pop-ups and redirects
7. Select desired Default behavior
   1. Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects
   2. Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects
