Formatting a Flash Drive

Issue/Question

I am unable to load a video to a flash drive

Environment

• Windows
• MAC

Cause

Flash drive is formatted as fat32 and has a maximum file size of 4GB's

Resolution

1. Plug the flash drive into a windows computer
2. Locate the flash drive in File Explorer
3. Right-click the flashdrive name
4. select Format

Note: This will erase all the contents on the flash drive

4. Switch the format to exFat
5. Click ok
