I am receiving an error trying to access Banner Screens

Error: User not authorized to access [screen name]

Environment

• Banner Admin

Resolution

1. Please contact the Service Desk and provide the following information:
   1. Screen you are trying to access
   2. Full error message with the screen name, may be different than the screen you are accessing
