Videos are Not Playing Correctly in PowerPoint

Issue/Question

Any video played is glitching only in one room

Environment

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

Resolution

  1. Open PowerPoint
  2. Click File
  3. Click Options
  4. Click Advanced
  5. Select Display
  6. Check Disable Slide Show hardware graphics acceleration
  7. Click Ok

Note: This is a user setting only and cannot be automatically changed for each specific room. Each user will have to follow these steps in PowerPoint
