Requesting assistance with High Performace Computers (HPC)

Issue/Question

  • I would like assistance performing a task on a High Performance Computer (HPC)
  • Issues with the Python packages on Lawrence.usd.edu
  • Compute nodes flooded
  • I have some large files to transfer onto the legacy HPC

    1. A description of the issue
    2. Email Address
    3. Operating System
    4. Client Software
    5. Kind of Job:
      1. Batch Jobs – submitted via qsub command or sbatch command. Uses job script
      2. Interactive Jobs – submitted via “qlogin” or “srun –pty bach” and can be run on a shell session on a particular compute note.
      3. or you can indicate that you do not know
    6. HPC System:
      1. Lawrence (lawrence.usd.edu)
      2. Legacy (hpc.usd.edu)
    7. Node Type:
