How do I nominate a CSA employee for employee of the month.

Cause

A supervisor, co-worker, etc. wants to nominate an employee for CSA employee of the month

Resolution

Eligibility Criteria

  • The nominee must be a Civil Service employee employed at USD (this includes USD Outreach programs) for one year or more who maintains exemplary performance of job duties.

Rules of Selection

  • Civil Service employees can receive the award more than once with a minimum of two years between awards.
  • Civil Service Council members are not eligible for nomination.
  • Nominations will remain valid for six months.

Instructions

  • Nominations will be accepted from supervisors, faculty, staff, co-workers, or students. One nominee per nomination form.

Award Details

  • Each winner will receive a monetary award that will process through their payroll, a discount to the Charlie’s Bookstore & Fan Shop, Coyote Cash, and a reception to celebrate with the department.
