Printer Does Not Have Power

My printer will not print, it has no power

My printer doesn't show any signs of power

Environment

• Desktop Printer

Cause

There is no power connection to the printer

Resolution

1. Make sure power cable connected correctly
   Note: Connect the power directly to wall outlet
2. Hold power button for 15 seconds 
3. Power on printer
4. Try different power outlet
