How do I add Greek life meal plan money to student Coyote Card?

How do I update Coyote Card amounts for Greek students?

Cause

Students involved with fraternities or sororities may receive funds toward 'meal plans' in the form of Coyote Cash dollars. 

Resolution

  1.  The Greek Chapter contacts the Coyote Card Office with the following information: 
    1.  List of student names (first and last)
    2. ID Numbers
    3. Amount to deposit for each
    4. Payments (Check/Cash/Credit card) must be brought to the Coyote Card Office prior to the Coyote Cash being  deposited to the students accounts
