Requesting ChildPlus Software

Issue/Question

I need ChildPlus installed on my computer

Trying to use Child Plus, the Head Start software, on an iPad and it is not responding

Environment

  • Microsoft Windows
  • ChildPlus

Cause

Needs ChildPlus installed

Resolution

 Note: ChildPlus is software for Computers. ChildPlus Attendance for iPads is no longer available on the Apple Store. Both applications will be discontinued and can now be accessed from the web: https://app.childplus.com/

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The computer that needs the software
