Tips:

Always start a new e-mail for a new campaign request. This helps JobElephant ensure the request is completed for the correct position
Not sure where else to advertise? JobElephant can provide recommendations for advertising a position. If you would like suggestions, ask JobElephant to recommend additional places to advertise. If the position is not yet live in the ATS, you can provide the job information in a Word document.
Clearly identify each site where you would like the advertisement placed.
Review the campaign summary before moving forward.

Departments can use JobElephant to place job advertisements on external job boards and other advertising sites. Using JobElephant does not add any additional costs and fees.

To request an advertisement:

Start a new email to sales@jobelephant.com.
Use the subject line “Campaign request--[Position Title]”.
Include the live link to the position in YourFuture.
List the job boards or sites where you would like the position advertised.
1. JobElephant can also provide suggestions based on the position and their historical database, if you are unsure where to advertise or want additional options.
Ask JobElephant to send a campaign summary or quote for review.
Once approved, JobElephant will coordinate placement of the approved advertisements.
