How do I use a Bose S1 Pro+ Portable Bluetooth Speaker System?

Note: Always press and hold the mechanical button on the side of a wireless transmitter or XLR cable before removing it from a microphone, instrument, or speaker
Pairing a Phone, Tablet, or Laptop
- Follow the laminated guide included in the bag
- Press the Power Button to turn on the speaker
- Press and hold the Volume Button under the AUX channel for three seconds to confirm additional settings are set to Auto
- Press and hold the Bluetooth Button for three seconds, until the blue light begins to blink
- Open Bluetooth Settings on your device to locate and pair the speaker
Pairing a Wireless Transmitter
- Follow the laminated guide included in the bag
- Press the Power Button to turn on the speaker
- Insert the Wireless Transmitter into the slot on the control panel of the speaker next to the Input Channel
- Press and hold it into the slot for 5 seconds
- Remove the Wireless Transmitter and connect it to the Microphone, Instrument, or other XLR device
- Press the Power Button on the side of the Wireless Transmitter to turn it on
Note: The blue light next to the mute button will remain on if unmuted, and blink if muted
Installing and Using the Bose App
- Scan the QR code on the laminated guide included in the bag or use this link to install the app
- Open the Bose App and follow the prompts to pair (if not already paired) and connect to the speaker
- Once paired and connected, tap the device to access available remote controls
- Tap Settings for additional configuration and troubleshooting
Connecting two Speakers for Dual Wireless Streaming
Note: Microphone audio will only play from the speaker the microphone is connected to through this method
- Use the Bose App to connect both speakers
- Select one of the speakers in the app
- Select Settings in the top right corner
- Select Dual Wireless Streaming
- Select next to the second speaker under Available Speakers
- Toggle Stereo (L/R) on
- Select End Group or power off both speakers when done
Connecting two Speakers with an XLR Cable
- Connect an XLR cable to XLR Line Out on the first speaker
- Plug the other end of the XLR cable into Channel 1 or 2 of the second speaker
- Volume can be adjusted independently on each speaker
Connecting two Speakers with a Wireless Transmitter
- Insert a wireless transmitter paired with the first speaker into XLR Line Out on the second speaker
- Press the power button on the transmitter to power it on
- Volume can be adjusted independently on each speaker
