Issue/Question
Getting a constant pop up message that says:
"The application Google Chrome needs to be updated. Quit Google Chrome to continue updating? (This is an important update). Wait for notification of update before launching app again."
This message keeps popping up. I have shut Chrome down, and also looked at updates and it says its updates are current, but this keeps popping up.

Cause
Chrome being reopened before update finishes
Resolution
- Click Quit and Update
Note: It may take a little while but Chrome will automatically close and reopen once the process completes
