Reporting Door Issues

Overview

This service is to report door access issues you encounter.  If you are experiencing an issue with any door on campus (including physical issues, card reader malfunctions, power loss, software issues), please contact the UPD/ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Report Door Issue button.

Reporting door issues in a timely manner keeps our campus safe.

Target Completion Date

Resolving door issues could be a quick fix or require contacting a third-party contractor.  Our goal at USD is to get the issue resolved in up to 3 business days
