Overview
ITS provides consultation and assistance for classroom technology changes, including equipment moves, upgrades, purchases and new Smart Classroom installations.
- When classroom technology needs to be moved for custodial requests, facility renovations or location changes, ITS will disconnect, move and store the equipment. When the work has been completed, ITS will reconnect and test the equipment.
- ITS reviews requests for new classroom equipment purchases, classroom technology upgrades and new Smart Classroom installations. During the review, ITS will determine if a Project Request or a Service Request is needed. Upon approval of that request, ITS will coordinate the procurement, installation and maintenance with you and your department.
