Events Reader Checkout

Overview

Faculty, Staff & students may request a designated iPad and card swipe that will capture attendance at events. iPads and readers are available for checkout.  The data will interface with the University’s Coyote Card software. Reports will be available to provide event attendance.

  • View the Event Readers available for checkout
  • Reserve the Event Reader(s) by clicking the Equipment Checkout button on this page
    • Requires:
      • iPad,
      • iValadate Card reader
      • Attendee ID Card or mobile app

  • Track Student Attendance During Events
    • The Attendance Report includes the following information:
      • Event Name
      • Event Start Time
      • Attendee Name
      • Attendee ID Number
