Overview
Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) includes over 150 brief, effective, self-help educational sessions covering over 50 common topics and skills related to mental health, wellness, and substance use issues.
Click Access TAO to Register with your USD email, if you are already registered, after clicking Access TAO, click on the login tab at the top of the screen. See the attached article for more details.

- You can complete TAO at your own pace, whether that's just one session a day, or perhaps two whole modules; It's entirely up to you
