Issue/Question

I am unable to staple or use the bypass tray with PaperCut Printing

Environment

  • Windows 11
  • PaperCut (USD Print)
  • Sharp Copier
  • Color
  • Hole Punch
  • Staple

Cause

Need the full Driver Installed

Resolution

  1. Open the PaperCut Print Deploy Client already installed on your University-owned Windows computer
    Note:  If you already have the \\usd-papercut\USD Print printer added you can skip these steps
    1. Click the at the bottom right-hand corner of your taskbar
    2. Click the icon
    3. Select View my printers
    4. Click Add printers
    5. Click Sign in and install next to \\usd-papercut\USD Print
  2. Go to the document you want advanced features for
  3. Under Printer, select \\usd-papercut\USD Print
  4. Click Printer Properties to view and change your print settings
  5. Click Print
