How do I add money to my students' Coyote Card account?
Environment
Resolution
- Browse to Coyote Card Online
- Click Make a guest deposit
- Type
- Last/Family Name: Students' last name
- Card Number: Student ID number
Note: This is not your credit card number
- Click Contribute
- On the Deposit Information Screen
- Select the account you want to deposit funds
- USD Coyote Cash
- USD Add -On Flex
- Enter the amount you want to deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: 10.00 USD
- Maximum deposit amount: 1,000.00 USD
- Click Next
- On the Blackboard Payment Gateway
- Enter your Credit card information
- Enter your billing information
- Click Submit - You are NOT charged at this point, your account is verified and money held by your card holder
Note: If you are taken back to the Main screen you were NOT charged, Try a different Internet Browser, Incognito window or clear cache and cookies and start again
- On the Confirm Deposit page
Note: You must click Make Deposit before you are charged
- Review the information is correct
- Beneficiary Information
- Last Name
- Student ID
- Deposit information
- Billing Information
- Click Make Deposit
- On the Receipt for Guest Deposit page, you will see the receipt of deposit
- Print this page for your records ~or~
- Add email address(s) and click Send Receipt
