Environment
- Equipment Checkout
- Cheqroom
Resolution
CHEQROOM ADMINS ONLY
- Log into Cheqroom
- Select Items
- Locate the needed equipment
- Click Actions
- Click Set Flag
- Select Broken, Needs Inspection, Needs Cleaning, or Missing
Note: If you flag an item it will make it unavailable for checkout
- In the message box describe the issue with the equipment
- Attach any needed pictures
- Click Set Flag
- Put the equipment back in the proper checkout location
- An email notification will be automatically sent to the Equipment Checkout Inventory Manager
