Opening PDF Outside of Browser

Summary

Configuring Chrome and Edge to save a PDF rather than opening it directly.

Body

Issue/Question

Some PDFs do not load properly in my browser.

When I open a document in Chrome or Edge it usually opens as a pdf. The printing options are black and white or color. I would like the option to print grayscale but am unable to find a setting to change it to that.

Error: The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the
Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader.
