Issue/Question
I have been trying to log into Akedemos online bookstore. All I get is an unhandled exception page.
Environment
- usd.textbookx.com
- USD Online Bookstore
Cause
Authentication not working, possibly a misconfiguration of SimpleSAML.
Resolution
- Clear browser cache & cookies
- Try to login again
- If you are not getting the exception page, follow Online USD Bookstore Login Error or Course Missing
- If the steps above do not work, please contact USDOnlineBookstore@vitalsource.com with the following information:
- Name of the website you were trying to access (usd.textbookx.com)
- Is connection to usd.textbookx.com through a VPN?
- Indicate if you were redirected to the unhandled exception page
- Indicate if you sent an error report from the unhandled exception page (grey button- send error report)
- Copy the tracking number on the unhandled exception page which makes it possible to locate your session log
