Finding My USD Username - Rapid Identity

When having problems with your USD username there are some steps you can take to verify you are entering the correct username.

Forgot username

Resolution

  1. Navigate to RapidIdentity
  2. Below Username click Forgot Username?
  3. Enter the email address or phone number you would like to use to receive your username
    Note: This must be an email address or sms phone number we have on record
  4. Click Send button
  5. An email/SMS message will be sent if any username is associated with the supplied information
  6. Click Go button to return to the login screen.

 

Still unable to find your username, please contact the Service Desk
