Resolution

  1. To petition for a late drop or withdrawal, the student will submit a USD Petition for Registration Cancellation or Late Drop/Withdrawal  to the Registrar’s Office, along with any necessary supporting documentation​​​
  2. You may generally add or drop a course within the first ten days of classes using the forms below. (Please see the Academic Calendar for the official add/drop dates for your current semester).
  3. When dropping your only course - or all of your courses - you must withdraw from the university using the Withdrawal Form. Contact the Registrar's Office (Belbas 223) for details.
