Requesting Single Account for Logging into Lab Computer

Issue/Question

We have a new computer for the lab which will be shared by multiple users. Can we set up a common username and password for that computer?

Environment

  • USD Lab Computer

Resolution

  1. Shared accounts are no longer being created
  2. Users will need to sign in with their own USD accounts
