How do I pay for my HESI Admission Assessment Exam?
Only prospective students who have confirmed payment will be allowed to test.
Follow these steps to register and pay for your HESI Admission Assessment Exam:

- Create an Evolve Account
- Complete Account Settings
- Click Account Settings
- Enter your Institution Information,Click Continue
- Redeem Access Code & Register
- Click Redeem Access Code
- Click Register for Distance Testing
- Click Register
- Click Proceed to Checkout/Redeem
- Complete Institution Information again and click Continue
- Click Submit
- Finalize Registration
- Click My Evolve
- Click Redeem and Access Code or Enter an Evolve Course ID
- Click I Agree
- Click Payments
- Enter Payment ID: 29922 and click Search
- Complete Billing Address and click Proceed to Checkout
- Enter your credit card information and click Continue
- Important Details
- The USD Department of Nursing has arranged group HESI testing sessions in Vermillion and Sioux Falls for $50 per person. Space is limited in each session.
- Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation receipt. Save this receipt—it is required to officially register for a testing location.
