Cannot Log Into DegreeWorks

Issue/Question

I am unable to log into DegreeWorks

Error: There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500)

Error: Access Denied  You do not have permission to access Dashboard

Environment

Resolution

  1. If you are a Faculty ADVISOR getting the Access Denied message, your supervisor will need to submit a DegreeWorks Advisor request at the following page: https://td.usd.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=196  
  2. Ensure that you are using your SNAP credentials to log into Degree Works 
  3. Try Clearing Cache & Cookies
  4. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. Reason for using DegreeWorks (advisor, etc.)
    3. Error received
