Recordings are kept in Panopto based on the last date the recording was viewed.

  • Recordings viewed in the last 25 months are retained
  • Recordings viewed more than 25 months ago are moved to Archive
  • Recordings viewed more than 3 years ago are deleted

Opt-in to have your Zoom recordings automatically uploaded to Panopto 

Restore recordings from Archive
