My laptop won't wake up when I move the mouse or press keys on the keyboard

Resolution

  1. Update computer operating system and drivers
  2. If laptop power light is on and laptop will not respond to the mouse or keyboard, press the power button once on the dock. 
  3. If you need further assistance, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Computer NI tag number
    2. Office location
