Cannot Log into myUSD Portal Page Reloads

Issue/Question

Unable to log into the myUSD portal

trouble accessing my MyUSD

Environment

• Portal
• my.usd.edu
• myUSD

Resolution

When clicking the Login or Sign in button on the myUSD portal the page just reloads

1. Clear Cache and Cookies
2. Try a different Internet Browser 
   Note: If you are still unable to login and trying to get to another application Please use Coyote One Stop help/link tab to find direct links to common applications you need such
