Adding Slido App to Zoom

How do I add the Slido App to my Zoom account?

Environment

• Slido
• Zoom

Cause

Need to add the Slido App to Zoom meetings to use polling features.

Resolution

1. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace
2. Sign in to Zoom with your USD Account
   Note: You may already be signed in - look in the top right. If you see your first initial hover over it and verify it displays your USD email address
   1. Click Sign In in the top right corner
   2. Select SSO under Or Sign in with:
   3. Type USD in the Company Domain
   4. Click Continue
   5. Complete Sign In with your USD Credentials
3. Type Slido in the search bar
4. Click Slido - Polling and Q&A
5. Click Add
   Note: You will be Redirected to Slido's website upon clicking Add
6. Log in to Slido
   1. Click Log In in the upper right
   2. Click Log in with Webex
   3. Type your USD Email Address
   4. Click Sign In
7. Click Add to Zoom
8. Click Allow
9. Enable Apps in Zoom
   1. Go to Zoom
   2. Click Sign In
   3. Click Settings on the left-hand menu
   4. Click Zoom Apps on the top Menu Bar
   5. Toggle the Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button to on
10. Launch a test Zoom meeting to verify you have Slido available
    1. Hover over Host a Meeting in the top right corner
    2. Select With Video Off
    3. Click Join with Computer Audio
    4. Click Apps on the Zoom menu bar
    5. Click Slido - Polling and Q&A
    6. Click Log In
    7. Click Log in with Webex
    8. Complete Log In with USD Credentials
11. Verify Slido works by clicking New Interaction
