  • Cheqroom
  • MacOS

Cause

User account does not have administrative rights

Resolution

  1. Open Launchpad
  2. Open USD ITS Self Service
  3. Click Make Me An Admin
  4. Click Make me an admin, please

You will now have administrative rights for 15 minutes
