Requesting a price quote for getting a workspace on Cheqroom for student services to use for reserving Coyote Card event readers and technology

We were wondering if it is possible to start using a checkout system for our camera equipment and some of our marketing props that we lend out

Resolution

  1. Cheqroom Services are provided at an annual user fee billed to the department for up to 150 items to be added for checkout
  2. Please contact the Service Desk and provide the following information
    • Location to be added
    • Type of equipment
    • Number of items
    • Faculty/Staff and User Access/Restrictions needed within Cheqroom
