I cannot open any documents on SharePoint.

Error: Sorry, there was a problem and we can't open this document.  If this happens again, try opening the document in Microsoft Word.

Incorrect or corrupt data in browser cache or browser not able to handle service

Resolution

  1. Clear browser cache & cookies
  2. Open SharePoint and documents in a different browser
